COMPLIMENTARY GIFT CERTIFICATES – Complimentary Gift Certificates can be redeemed for services only. They may not be used for products or gratuities. You many only use one complimentary gift certificate per visit.

 

Please be aware  you are in a professional salon/spa  operation and do not expect anything other than salon or spa treatments.

 

Leaving gratuity is always left to the discretion of our clients. As in all service-related businesses, it is common practice to leave gratuity when the professional has performed a service to the client’s satisfaction. Customary gratuity for a spa service is 15-20% or more of the cost of the treatment. Unless noted, gift certificates for treatments and/or packages do not include gratuities.

 

For safety reasons, the maximum occupancy of each spa room, with the exception of the companion room, is two people.

Our Liability insurance does not allow Children under 12 to be left unattended. Our spa area is a quiet area. We discourage children in this area as to respect other clients that are receiving  spa services. You will need to reschedule your appointment should your children come with you for yourspa services.

 

We ask that you turnyour cell phone off while in the spa.

 

If you cancel your appointment (less than 48 hours for a full set of lashes, permanent make-up, or multiple services and 24 for all other appointments. ) before your scheduled treatment time, AZ Lash Lady will charge 50% cancellation fee to your credit card on file with our salon. If you reschedule and complete your treatment within one week of your original appointment. The 50% will be credited to your appointment.

If you do not show up for your scheduled treatment time and have not called the salon to make other arrangements, AZ Lash Lady will charge a no-show fee equal to the amount of the service that was missed, to your credit card on file with our salon.

Appointments scheduled the same day is considered aconfirmed appointment.
